For crop farmers & herd operators · phone + computer

Crops and herd. One station.

FarmStation Pro is built for the crop farmer spraying and harvesting, and the herd operator tracking cattle and health — often on the same place. Talk, type, photo, or scan a receipt. Fields, herd, markets, weather, and paperwork stay straight on your phone and computer.

FarmStation Pro

Whether you run crops, a herd, or both — fields, cattle, equipment, markets, compliance, and crew in one place.

FarmStation Pro

Crop ground and herd ground — same station.

Map fields and spray windows, track cattle and animal health, log work, stay audit-ready, and keep the crew aligned — on the phone and on the computer.

Start your farm

Not just talk. Four ways in.

Use whatever works with gloves on, in the cab, or at the kitchen table.

Talk

Say it like you'd tell your hired man. "Sprayed the north 40 this morning, 2 quarts an acre."

Type

Quick notes, questions and lookups when it's too loud to talk.

Photo

Snap a weed, a sick calf, a part number or a broken implement and get help on the spot.

Scan Receipt

Point at a feed, fuel or parts receipt and it's logged and categorized.

Built so crop and herd farmers both want it

Same app. Different jobs. You turn on what your place needs.

🌱 Crop farmers

Fields, acres, and boundaries. Spray and hay windows from your farm location. Plant ID from a photo. Spreading and application logs. Pesticide and water reports. Markets for grain and hay in your region. Expenses by field.

  • Field maps from FSA, screenshots, or GPS
  • Weather, spray & hay windows for your pin
  • Inputs, receipts, and field history
  • Agency spray and water reports

🐄 Herd & ranch

Livestock groups and tagged animals. Treatments, vaccines, and health notes. Photo checks with the Vet specialist. Pasture and grazing alongside crop ground if you run both. Markets and feed costs that matter to a cattle operation.

  • Herd counts, tags, and animal health
  • Calving and custom managers you build
  • Mechanic for equipment that keeps the place moving
  • Sales, invoices, and scale tickets when you sell

Everything crop and herd operations run on

One app instead of a notebook, three spreadsheets, and a shoebox of receipts — for fields and for cattle.

AI Specialists

Tap a specialist tile to ask an expert in agronomy, livestock, equipment and more, in plain words.

Plant Identifier

Snap a photo of a weed, crop or plant and find out what it is.

Bulk Import with AI

Turn photos, PDFs and spreadsheets of old records into organized records in the app.

Field import from any map

Bring in FSA maps, Google Earth screenshots, NRCS and crop insurance maps, county parcel maps, photos of hand sketches, shapefile, KML and GeoJSON files, and exports from major precision ag platforms. Or drop pins and trace boundaries with GPS.

Compliance

USDA Organic (NOP), GAP food safety and Prop 12, each one switched on only if you need it. Audit-ready PDFs.

Agency Reports

Pesticide use and water reports for any US state, ready to submit.

Application Autofill

USDA/FSA, crop insurance, loan and grant applications. AI fills them from your records, you review, and you get a filled PDF.

Records with history

Every record keeps its full history, with photos and PDF export.

Animal Health

Treatments, vaccines and health records for your herd.

Spreading logs

Log manure and material spreading by field.

Scale tag to invoice

Turn scale tickets into invoices without retyping.

Weather

Local forecasts so you know when to cut, spray or wait.

Expenses

Crop farmers and herd operators

Cutting hay, irrigating row crops, running cows, or doing all three — FarmStation Pro sets up around how your place actually works. Crop tools and herd tools live side by side, not buried in a “one size fits all” farm app.

  • Crop: fields, spray & hay windows, plant ID, spreading, pesticide reports
  • Herd: livestock, animal health, calving managers, Vet specialist
  • Shared: weather & markets for your location, equipment, crew, expenses
  • Paperwork: compliance and agency reports when someone asks

Built for real operations

FarmStation Pro exists because working farms and ranches needed one place for fields, cattle, receipts, weather, and the paperwork that piles up every season.

Out in the field, in the truck, with dirty hands and not much time. If it doesn't help a crop farmer or a herd operator on a real place, it doesn't go in.

Questions

When does FarmStation Pro launch?

It's in App Store review now. Sign up above and we'll email you the day it's live.

Is it for crop farmers or herd operators?

Both. Crop farmers get fields, spray and hay windows, plant ID, spreading logs, and pesticide reports. Herd operators get livestock, animal health, calving managers, and the Vet specialist. Mixed places use both in the same farm.

Will a cattle-only place still want it?

Yes. Herd counts, tags, treatments, vaccines, photo health checks, equipment, markets, and expenses — without forcing crop tools you do not use. Turn modules on or off for your operation.

Will a crop-only place still want it?

Yes. Field maps, weather and spray windows at your pin, plant ID, application and spreading logs, agency reports, and field expenses — without burying you in cattle screens you do not need.

Do I have to talk to it?

No. You can talk, type, snap a photo or scan a receipt, whatever is easiest at the moment.

Can I bring in my old records and maps?

Yes. Bulk Import reads photos, PDFs and spreadsheets, and field import works from FSA maps, screenshots, parcel maps, hand sketches and common map files.

Which plan is right for me?

Pro fits a single operator. Farm & Ranch is for operations with a crew. Enterprise adds Custom Work for custom operators and larger operations. Contact us and we'll help set it up.

What if I run out of AI?

Every plan includes an AI allowance. If you need more, add a top-up pack anytime.

Can I track things that are not built in?

Yes. Build your own managers for anything: calving, irrigation sets, fuel, fence repairs. Free includes 2; paid plans are unlimited.

Is there an Android version?

FarmStation Pro launches on iPhone first. Sign up above to hear about other platforms.
